That word either causes some eye-rolling or chuckles from most people you'll talk to, even the people who have one and use it. I used to be one of these eye-rollers a few months ago, until a friend from home finally got me to cave and make one. Lo and behold, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. It was actually pretty entertaining.
You get all kinds on this app. But I've found a few trends. Most guys like to reference their height, which I find hilarious. I'm 5 freaking 2, I don't give a flying hootinanny how tall you are. But hey, if that makes you feel like you're the coolest dude out there go for it. There are also a lot of dudes-holding-guns and dudes-climbing-14ers because hey, Colorado. I'm also surprised by how many people apparently have sarcasm as their middle name or second language. It's all very intriguing.
But, the chat feature is easily the most entertaining part of this. Most of the time people say nice things, along the lines of this:

And then for all of the nice guys and the guys with a sense of humor, there are guys like this:

Yep. What's funny is he thought that this line would work. Definitely not a girl that digs this as an opening line.
I think one of my favorite conversations so far was when I was fairly certain it was going to end like the one above, but took an adorable turn instead:

Putting yourself out there can be hard, but it's been fun(ny) to see all the cool people that are in Fort Collins. I feel with all the #awkward screenshots I have saved up I could write a whole book.
